How do I book?
Please use the links found on our website to Fresha’s online booking system, to book your appointments. Please note if you are a new customer you must book via the booking links connected to our website or social media channels.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s recommended to book 1-2 months in advance to avoid any disappointment, please note evening and weekend slots are extremely popular with clients.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently accept cash in the exact amount, bank transfer or card payment.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased, please email laura@beautyandbalance.uk. Please state whether you would like a physical or digital voucher, full name of who the voucher is for and either the name of the treatment or the monetary value you would like to gift.
Payment can be made via bank transfer.
